About The Position

Lockheed Martin, Rotary Mission Systems Cyber & Intelligence is seeking professionals to provide Cyberspace Operations Support Services (COSS) aligned with core disciplines such as Cyberspace Operations, Cyberspace Planning, Cyberspace Training and Exercises, Strategy/Policy/Doctrine Development and Campaign, Assessments, Information Technology (IT)/Communications, Business Area Support, and Project Management Engagement Activities. The role will provide the customer with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. This includes coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations to meet the evolving cyberspace operations mission in support of the Joint warfighter. The anticipated award of this effort is Fall 2026.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 3-5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Communications, English, Journalism, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in Technical Communications, Communications, English, Journalism, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience utilizing document control.
  • Experience interpreting and translating technical information into plain language prose.
  • Experience utilizing cyber authoring tools.
  • Experience extracting, validating, and citing technical data.
  • Experience applying relevant documentation standards.
  • Must possess a current US Security Clearance TS/SCI w/ poly.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent written communication, editing, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
  • Familiarity with cyber-related terminology and concepts.
  • Proficiency with authoring and publishing tools.
  • Knowledge of DoD/IC documentation standards and best practices.
