We are seeking a Technical Writer/Editor supporting US Army Combined Arms Support Command Operational Contract Support (OCS) - Support Services as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience. Position Description Research, draft, staff, adjudicate comments and submit to the COR OCS doctrinal products, to include initial program directives, initial drafts, final drafts, final approval drafts, and final electronic files, based on requirements identified by the OCS Division. Review for Assessment ATP 4-10 and ATP 4-10.1 on an 18-month cycle from the date of the publication IAW TR 25-30 and provide the OCS Division Chief with a memorandum recommending no change, minor change, or major revision of the current document. Develop documents or provide major revision of the publication based on proponent decisions from Reviews for Assessment IAW procedures and timelines identified in TR 25-30. Review and adjudicate comments from the PD, ID, and FD staffing and provide the adjudicated change resolution matrix (CRM) to the COR for approval within 2 working days of adjudication, then use the comments to make revisions prior to submission of the next draft IAW TRADOC REG 25-30. Review for Comment approximately 100 policy and doctrine documents annually for inclusion and correctness of OCS content. Provide a CRM of recommended comments to the COR for Government review and submission. Analyze the need for, and recommend, a prioritized list of topics in memorandum format for OCS Handbooks to augment doctrinal manuals and training products annually. Develop OCS Handbooks based on Government approved prioritization and timelines coordinated and agreed to between the Government and Contractor. Provide a monthly doctrinal running estimate to the COR for review and submission by the Government NLT 3 days prior to suspense established by CASCOM G-3 Doctrine Branch. Gather, prepare, and submit annual doctrinal workload data, to include historical achievements and projections for future workload requirements IAW the schedule provided in TR 25-30 to the COR for review and submission by the Government to the CASCOM Doctrine Branch.
