Technical Ukrainian Interpreter (Field Deployment)
About The Position
This is a remote position. Provide high-level, on-site oral interpretation for training Ukrainian clients on various types of military equipment. This role involves supporting training in various settings, including classrooms, offices, and field locations. Although a typical week ranges from 40-54 on-call hours depending on the project, there can be a lot of (paid) downtime. Deployment & Safety: Locations: Work takes place exclusively in Western Europe. Strict Prohibitions: There is no travel to Ukraine expected or required. Safety Guarantee: Personnel will never be sent to war zones or active combat locations.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- Professional-level fluency in Ukrainian and English.
- Ability to deploy for periods ranging from 2 weeks to 90 days.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with any active or expired security clearance are eligible to apply.
- A Secret level clearance or higher is strongly preferred.
- Please note that reactivating an existing clearance is often faster than starting a new application from scratch.
