About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Transformation Lead to guide large-scale cloud migration projects. This role requires extensive expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering, with a focus on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex migrations, implementing enterprise AI solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships across various teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migration projects, preferably supporting 100,000+ users.
• Strong expertise in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and Identity Management.
• Knowledge of cloud security, DLP, compliance, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience with email, SharePoint, and Google Drive migration strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and workflow automation.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions, including Gemini Enterprise or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data access controls, and security.
• Experience working with multiple vendors, system integrators, and cloud partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud migration projects, supporting over 100,000 users.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise AI solutions, including Gemini Enterprise or similar platforms.
• Manage and govern AI solutions, ensuring data access controls and security.
• Develop and execute migration strategies for email, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Work with multiple vendors, system integrators, and cloud partners.
• Utilize Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and workflow automation for process improvements.
• Ensure strong identity management through Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and related technologies.
• Apply knowledge of cloud security, DLP, compliance, and enterprise data governance.
