SAIC is seeking an experienced Technical Training Instructor on a training program for technical research, development, and engineering by providing instructional expertise to newly developed courses. This position part-time position requires an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA. The training may include blended and distance learning solutions, along with asynchronous and synchronous approaches to training. The training will emphasize student-centered, experiential learning that requires strong facilitation skills.

Responsibilities
- Support the occupational onboarding course that will be approximately two weeks long and will run approximately four times per year, and longer term will include other courses as the occupational curriculum expands.
- Help carry out training evaluations, and support creation of a variety of training products such as guides, handbooks, and job aids.
- Assist with asserting student performance, monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Assist the training team with course reviews and modifications between course runnings.
