Group/Division The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Level Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience OR Master’s Level Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience OR equivalent related experience

  • Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment

  • Proficiency with learning management systems & reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a training operations team in developing, delivering, and optimizing world-class learning experiences
  • Contribute to strategy, processes, and technologies for technical learning to meet tool & customer availability requirements.
  • Implement various learning methods, using different mediums (self-learning, instructor-led learning, supplemental materials, and interactive learning such as VR/AR)
  • Measure and supervise ongoing impact of learning operations
  • Proactively seek out ways to simplify processes and identify opportunities to use technology to scale and build efficiencies
  • Work with other learning management teams for managing and optimizing all technical learning activities
  • Guide project teams and workstreams and influence organizational change of new learning programs, including monitoring of progress against scope, schedule, and budget and hold teams accountable to commitments and results
  • International travel is required (=<25%)
