Technical Training Manager Hayward Holdings Inc. (NYSE "HAYW") is the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, with a significant presence in the commercial pool market that is continuously growing. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is REMOTE but base location could be in AZ, CA or NV. The Technical Training Manager designs and executes the technical training strategy for Hayward customers and employees. Through this, the Technical Training Manager accomplishes the following: Provide customers with the skillset needed to be confident selling, installing, troubleshooting, and supporting Hayward products. Provide employees with the skillset needed to be confident supporting Hayward customers. This is one of multiple field-based Technical Training Manager positions, reporting to the Senior National Tech Service Support Manager, with a strong dotted line relationship to the local District Technical Manager.
