The Technical Training Commodity Manager is responsible for, but not limited to: Define and develop the courseware for our automotive technical curriculum Conduct technical training development needs analysis and solution planning meetings Provide media selections and alternative training plans based on course criteria Interact with engineers, instructors, and other subject matter experts to ensure course accuracy and efficacy of activities Perform research, including disassembly of actual components/vehicles to gain product knowledge Follow specifications and style guide to ensure consistency and quality Manage the development process timeline from start of work to handoff Manage the development of multiple courses at the same time Deliver trainer-the-trainer sessions Monitor and regularly update existing content to align with industry and technology changes
