The Opportunity EnerMech is seeking an experienced Technical Training & Competency Manager to lead the implementation, embedding and continuous improvement of our global technical training and competency framework. This is a highly visible global role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring our workforce has the technical skills, competence and capability required to safely deliver complex energy projects across every region and business line. Working closely with operational leaders, QHSE, subject matter experts and regional teams, you will drive consistency in competency assurance, technical training and workforce capability, supporting safe operations, workforce mobility and operational excellence worldwide.
