About The Position

We are looking for a talented Technical Training Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley. MN. In this role, you will make an impact by supporting the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, assisting in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, providing input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids, assisting with needs, audience, and task analysis, and maintaining detailed records and reports on training progress.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in training facilitation or program support.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials (participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, job aids).
  • Experience with needs analysis, audience analysis, and task analysis.
  • Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.
  • Ability to use evaluation data to guide program revisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
