About The Position
All Service Plastic Molding, Inc., (ASPM), equipped with the latest technology, provides molded part solutions from simple parts to complex assemblies targeting a diverse consumer base. We manufacture in an impressive 202,000 square foot, state-of-the-art injection molding facility, housing more than 90 presses ranging in clamp tonnage from 55 – 1100. Job Overview The Technical Development Program (TDP) offers an on-the-job, in-depth training experience. The TDP is a rotation training program exposing the Associate to three technical career opportunities in Industrial Maintenance, Mold Setting, and Process Technician. The Associate gains technical skills through a hands-on training method to build required skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to launch them on a solid technical career path. • First 90-days of training provided on 1st shift o 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday • Continued 6 months training - Associate will be placed in the department that meets the Associate’s career needs and goals. o Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift o 2nd shift 3:00pm – 11:30pm shift premium o 3rd shift 11:00pm – 7:30am shift premium ASPM is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
