About The Position

We are looking for a talented Technical Training Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley. MN. In this role, you will make an impact by supporting the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. You will also assist in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance learning experiences. Additionally, you will provide input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that align with corporate standards. You will also assist with needs, audience, and task analysis to identify training requirements and provide input into effective solutions or changes. Finally, you will keep detailed records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to guide program revisions and improvements, and providing input for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

Student enrolled in an Engineering or other STEM related Bachelor’s degree
