About The Position

This role involves proctoring in-classroom Instructor Lead Training (ILT) courses and On-the-Job Training (OJT) directly on the production floor. The Technical Trainer will develop high-quality, role-specific, and engaging training materials. Responsibilities include tracking and monitoring training compliance, preparing progress reports on job-specific training programs, and participating in quality systems activities such as internal audits, inspection preparation, and change control.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience
Ability to work 1st and 2nd shift to support training schedule and initiatives
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a process oriented environment
Ability to work within and collaborate with a team
Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities
