About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
- Capital equipment hardware experience.
- Strong background in the semiconductor industry; familiarity with Deposition Tools (C2 products a plus).
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, customers, and external partners.
- Experience delivering training using ADDIE or similar instructional design processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to Virtual Reality tools is helpful but not required
