About The Position
Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer - Transmission & Distribution to partner with staff on the development and implementation of technical field guides, train employees, and serve as the subject matter expert for technical issues. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The position involves nationwide travel and requires a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Previous lineman experience, or 5+ years of experience in technical training or related field
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel Nationwide
- Ability to travel across the United States
- Ability to work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Graduate of the NTI program preferred
