We are searching for the best talent for Robotics Technical Trainers based in Santa Clara, CA. Overview: Our ideal candidate is a recent graduate in Instructional Design, Applied AI, Immersive Realty, Education, Electrical, Computer, Software, Systems, or Robotics Engineering that is passionate about teaching and robotics and eager to grow in a healthcare-focused, innovative environment The Technical Trainer will play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering training to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the incredibly complex Johnson & Johnson OTTAVA Robotic System within the R&D organization. This is a role that lies at the intersection of hardware, software, robotics, and technical training. This individual will have the opportunity to train and observe engineers, key opinion leaders interacting with the OTTAVA System. They will provide individual contributions and organizational management of the team's responsibilities. This team will operate the system during training labs, troubleshoot and resolve known issues, document novel issues that arise during system use, perform SW installation, and provide feedback to R&D. Applicants should have experience working with complex electromechanical systems but need not have a technical background in robotics. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone with an interest in medical robotics to gain deep technical and industry knowledge, while providing a critical service to the OTTAVA program.
