About The Position

The Technical Targeter will be responsible for leveraging their proficiency in Russian to read and understand technical documentation in the foreign language. This role involves working closely with an IC community partner to target a high-interest national security objective. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to build comprehensive target profiles.

Requirements

Proficiency in Russian, including reading and understanding technical documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in STEM field, Masters Preferred
Minimum 5 years, 10 preferred
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Experience working as a targeter within customer spaces is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think critically and build comprehensive target profiles.
Familiarity with intelligence community tools and technologies, particularly XKeyscore.
