About The Position

The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. You will provide technical expertise, recommendations, and briefings to senior leadership on your target(s) of interest. Success requires a high degree of collaboration and the ability to build partnerships internally and externally in support of mission objectives. You are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Requirements

  • Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation.
  • 3+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
  • 3+ cumulative years of experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with technical targeting tools.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements with minimal oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • 11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation.
  • 7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems.
  • Area of Responsibility-specific knowledge and experience, including language capability.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and data science tools.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space.
