About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst Lead to oversee analysis of multi-INT data to develop comprehensive and accurate identity intelligence on behalf of a national-level customer. The analyst will evaluate diverse datasets and produce specialized targeting products and briefings for a variety of stakeholders, including internal and external partners as well as senior policymakers. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a team lead or similar role supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform independently and within a team in a fast‑paced environment under minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leveraging analytic methodologies and tradecraft, and ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle
  • Familiarity with the use of visual analysis tools to support the development of data-driven products
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline

Responsibilities

  • Leading the integration and analysis of disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to uncover patterns and trends, developing actionable intelligence to inform and disrupt
  • Developing, coordinating, incorporating feedback within, and delivering all-source intelligence products, targeting products, and/or briefings
  • Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards
  • Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed
  • Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps
  • Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to a team of professionals supporting targeting requirements
