About The Position

SAIC is seeking a highly motivated Technical Targeter/Analyst to support an exciting high‑impact mission, working with complex data to solve challenging problems. You’ll apply strong analytic expertise to help the customer conduct technical targeting that drives operational outcomes. The ideal candidate is independent, detail‑oriented, responsive to customers, and naturally curious. You’ll collaborate well with teammates and consistently deliver accurate, high‑quality products that meet mission needs.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered for the position
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or experience can be substituted for the degree
• Familiarity with analytic/targeting tools
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Targeter
• Familiarity with telecom-related terms and data

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting operations against hard targets
• Linguistic skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical targeting that drives operational outcomes.

• Specify analysis requirements to support program objectives, to include understanding technical environments.
• Work with data sources to support analysis and answer questions using quantitative and qualitative approaches, applying analytic judgment.
• Summarize analysis into briefings/reports to document the methodology used and the results obtained.
• Maintain an awareness of data sources and analysis methods, as well as technical/analytic expertise relevant to the customer's portfolio to offer new insights and respond to urgent requirements.
