About The Position

Responsible for the end-to-end planning, resourcing, and execution of the customer pipeline that provides surveillance architectures in contested environments. Bridges the gap between high-level engineering and tactical application. This position supports our Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services contract, which is the U.S. Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services.

Requirements

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
  • Deep understanding of specialized surveillance hardware, thermal imaging, and autonomous platforms.
  • Proven experience in a "train-the-trainer" or lead instructional role.
  • 5+ years in technical surveillance and electronic warfare.
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CAD software or 3D printing for rapid prototyping.
  • Advanced knowledge of specialized RF analysis tools and network security protocols.
  • Leadership in structured training environments.
