About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner to safeguard the Supported Agency's critical information, technologies, and facilities. In this vital contractor role, you will conduct comprehensive TSCM and TEMPEST surveys worldwide, analyze intelligence regarding technical collection threats, and maintain specialized security equipment. Embedded within the supported Agency’s Security Program, the contractor shall: TSCM & TEMPEST Surveys: Assist in planning and conducting Fully-Instrumented, Limited-in-Scope, and Pre-Construction TSCM and TEMPEST surveys across CONUS and OCONUS locations (approximately 30+ combined surveys annually). Intelligence Analysis & Reporting: Review National and DoD intelligence reports to identify technical collection techniques threatening the Supported Agency's assets, programs, and technologies, and prepare corresponding impact reports. Threat Briefings & Assessments: Provide expert advice by researching and preparing information papers, threat briefings, and specialized technical assessments in response to Agency inquiries. Program Coordination: Participate in Supported Agency program meetings to identify TSCM/TEMPEST requirements, schedule activities, and support security efforts during test and evaluation (T&E) events, conferences, and specialized activities. Equipment Maintenance & Inventory: Inspect, inventory, and certify TSCM and TEMPEST equipment, ensuring the central equipment database (located in Huntsville, AL) is accurate and up-to-date. Technical Procurement Support: Conduct technical needs assessments, estimates, and scheduling for acquiring or upgrading TSCM/TEMPEST hardware, software, and maintenance plans. Prepare supporting documentation for approved equipment acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Works independently or leads teams to resolve CI TSCM problems
  • TS with SCI eligibility
  • CI trained and credentialed to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02
  • Interagency Training Center (ITC) certified
