About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Professional to join our team in Bethesda, MD! This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining TSCM programs and capabilities. The professional will conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Key activities include performing Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections, TEMPEST surveys, and acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements. Additionally, the role requires researching and developing policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. An additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
TSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments.
Expert-level knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.
General knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in conducting radio frequency directions, finding missions to identify unauthorized transmitting devices.
Experience providing technical security, subject matter expert input to designated IC working groups.
Experience developing and disseminating workforce education for counterintelligence and security.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working within or alongside the Intelligence Community (IC).
