About The Position

As the Technical Support Team (TST) Travel Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative and logistical support using the Defense Travel System to ensure personnel travel for Warfighter Exercises (WFX) and other training events. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating and adjusting travel orders based on training unit requirements
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and 365 Teams
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience preparing and processing official travel orders in DTS or via DD Form 1610
• Experience managing lodging reservations and confirming availability through DTS or manual coordination
• Experience adjusting Government Travel Charge Card credit limits to meet mission needs
• Experience processing off-post travel orders covering lodging, meals, and incidentals
• Experience providing reach-back support to deployed staff during exercises
• Experience collaborating with external agencies to integrate travel requirements into exercise planning
• Experience arranging domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) travel for civilian contractors supporting MCTP
