Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience in support or operations.
- Basic ITIL knowledge.
- A desire to learn.
- Patience to support both technical and non-technical Clients.
- Availability to work between 8am to 8pm – Working time will be later aligned.
- Willingness to work one weekend per month.
