About The Position

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting end users with repairing and maintaining PC and peripheral devices and for troubleshooting basic network-related issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Technology, preferred.
  • A+ certification; Net+ certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment of new equipment. Set up and test equipment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repair of technical problems experienced by end users.
  • Triage calls from support desk. Enter data into tracking document.
  • Transfer and move equipment for personnel moves.
