The Technical Support Specialist for Electric Commercial Vehicles will provide essential technical assistance to RIZON dealers, service technicians, and fleet customers. This role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and vehicle system issues, interpreting fault codes, and guiding repairs using technical documentation. The specialist will also coordinate with internal teams, document technical cases, support dealer onboarding and training, and escalate complex issues to OEM engineering when necessary. Continuous learning in EV and commercial vehicle technology is expected.
