Requirements

Passion for customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.
Ability and willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
Proficient computer skills.
Highly self-motivated
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat.
Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule that will include working 1 weekend day per week

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, retail, restaurant and/or a background in electronic (and other related fields) along with DIY experience is recommended but not required.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers who have purchased product from Crutchfield.
Engage our customers with a calm, interested and professional demeanor.
Help customers understand and utilize their equipment.
Troubleshoot technical or product issues (for both home and car equipment). This involves diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and/or providing step-by-step instructions to help customers resolve their issues.
Actively listen to the customer to determine their needs, and paraphrasing, to clarify.
