Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a technical support center / Helpdesk – Must
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, standard software, computing equipment, and control/monitoring systems – Must.
  • Strong learning capabilities and the ability to master new technologies quickly – Must.
  • A strong customer-service orientation and great communication skills – Must.
  • Outstanding service consciousness

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office applications, commercial off-the-shelf software, and monitoring/control systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and computing equipment issues.
  • Deliver exceptional, professional, and patient service to users.
  • Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
