About The Position

Requirements

2+ years of experience providing Tier I or II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment
Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications
Experience with Active Directory user and group administration
Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and document actions clearly for audit and compliance
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
TS/SCI clearance
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Army enterprise network environments
Experience with NIPR or SIPR systems and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy
Experience with imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation workflows
Experience coordinating with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, or mission partners
Possession of excellent communication and customer service skills, including in fast-paced environments
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering
