About The Position

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing Tier I and II IT support in an enterprise or DoW environment
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and common enterprise applications
  • Experience with Active Directory user and group administration
  • Experience maintaining ticketing workflows and document actions clearly for audit and compliance
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
  • Ability to resolve hardware and software issues with minimal oversight
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Army enterprise network environments
  • Experience with NIPR/SIPR systems and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Experience with imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation workflows
  • Experience coordinating with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, or mission partners
  • Possession of excellent communication and customer service skills in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering
