About The Position

The ARO Support Technician II helps power our stores' success by delivering advanced technical support for device repair and key fob programming. In this onsite role, you'll serve as a go-to technical resource for troubleshooting, remote guidance, and hands-on repair support, while also helping develop training materials that strengthen and scale our repair network. Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days a week and virtual Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in technical repair, electronics, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support via phone and live video to assist store associates with complex repair and programming issues.
  • Troubleshoot advanced device and key fob problems using research tools, internal systems, and collaboration with technical experts.
  • Maintain detailed service logs to ensure accurate issue tracking and resolution documentation.
  • Assist with developing repair training materials, written guides, and video content.
  • Participate in device repair training and occasional hands-on repair projects.
  • Serve as a backup for call center inquiries related to cutting, programming, or equipment troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Specialists, Repair Technicians, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
