Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with a strong technical aptitude and desire to learn.

  • Previous experience in product repair, equipment servicing, or a related technical role.
  • Customer service and/or technical support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting products and assisting customers with technical inquiries.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers while delivering a high level of service.
  • Experience using hand tools and working with electronics.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including: Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Soldering experience is an asset but not required.
