About The Position
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and hard-working Technical Support Representative for our client in South Houston. This role involves providing technical troubleshooting and support for electronic products, including lighting and Wi-Fi devices. The representative will assist customers by diagnosing issues, identifying solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of troubleshooting experience with electronics or technology, such as IT/computer systems, cell phones, consumer electronics, or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of electronic devices.
