Requirements

  • High mechanical and technical ability
  • Knowledge and understanding of beverage systems and equipment and concepts to troubleshooting equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration operation
  • Excellent communication/phone skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and dealing with irate customers/ agents
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-starter
  • General knowledge of computers, excel, word, access ETC..
  • High school diploma required
  • 3 plus years of field technical experience
  • General Computer knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • technical school / collage helpful
  • working within the beverage industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Technical phone support /interaction with customers and service technicians resolving issues/repairs as being reported
  • Assisting customer, sales and technicians with various of question on parts / equipment
  • Processing warranty claims and warranty orders / working with planers and logistic
  • Researching part numbers, drawings, BOM ETC within the system
  • Reporting quality or production issues.
  • Testing or inspection of parts / equipment.
