About The Position

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Support Lead to support a Department of War customer's Agentic Networks Mission Integrator effort. The Technical Support Lead resource serves as the technical integration, deployment, and fielding link among Mission Integrators, Government stakeholders, Combatant Command personnel, platform and data owners, vendors, and software engineering teams. The resource facilitates the integration and cross-domain deployment of data, models, agents, interfaces, and platform capabilities across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments. This position supports capability hardening, test and evaluation, operational-readiness verification, global fielding, and initial operational use of AI-enabled mission capabilities. The resource identifies and mitigates critical-path risks, coordinates site and enclave readiness, resolves technical integration and deployment issues, and assesses the architectural, security, sustainment, and scalability implications of proposed approaches. The Technical Support Lead resource is based at the Pentagon and will support fielding and sustainment activities at Combatant Commands and other Government-directed locations. Routine domestic and international travel is required to conduct technical planning, site-readiness coordination, integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and initial operational support.

Requirements

U.S. Citizen.
Current DoD Top Secret clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), with the ability to obtain and maintain required facility, system, enclave, and JWICS access.
Active AWS Cloud and Security+ Certifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field is required.
5+ years of relevant professional experience supporting technical integration, deployment, test, fielding, or sustainment activities.
Ability to work onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Ability to attend meetings and program events in Fairfax, VA.
Ability to travel <50% throughout the lifespan of the Program to CONUS/OCONUS customer sites and government installations.
Demonstrated professional experience integrating, deploying, troubleshooting, or sustaining software, data, analytics, AI-enabled, or mission-platform capabilities within DoD, Intelligence Community, or other classified Government environments.
Familiarity with the Maven Smart System and comparable CDAO, DoD, or Intelligence Community mission platforms.
Experience integrating third-party software, data sources, models, agents, interfaces, or operational tools into an existing Government platform.
Experience supporting technical integration and deployment across multiple security enclaves, including NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, or comparable classified environments.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues involving environment configuration, software dependencies, network connectivity, access controls, interfaces, containerized applications, platform services, and deployment processes.
Experience coordinating technical-readiness activities involving network or enclave access, credentials, user and service accounts, Government-furnished equipment and information, platform dependencies, and security or accreditation actions.
Ability to identify and isolate the source of technical problems, distinguish Contractor-controlled issues from Government dependencies, recommend corrective actions, and document escalation rationale.
Ability to operate within time-sensitive issue-resolution requirements and manage multiple technical blockers, dependencies, and deployment priorities simultaneously.
Experience supporting software or platform hardening, integration testing, user acceptance testing, operational-readiness assessments, demonstrations, pilots, or fielding events.
Understanding of technical and operational considerations associated with cross-domain deployment, classified data handling, system interfaces, access controls, and approved information-transfer paths.
Ability to assess architectural, cybersecurity, sustainment, reliability, performance, and scalability implications of proposed technical approaches.
Experience documenting technical risks, dependencies, environment configurations, test results, defects, corrective actions, deployment status, and sustainment requirements.
Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear operational impacts, decision points, and recommended actions for engineering teams, Government leads, and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively across Government organizations, operational commands, engineering teams, vendors, network and security personnel, platform owners, and data owners.
Strong written, verbal, briefing, and technical-documentation skills, including the ability to prepare issue summaries, readiness assessments, decision-support materials, technical procedures, and senior-leader briefings.
Strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, risk-management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a classified, multi-vendor, Government-led development environment with evolving priorities, compressed timelines, and mission-critical requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, collaboration platforms, issue-tracking tools, technical documentation repositories, and standard Government staff-coordination tools.
Ability and willingness to perform routine domestic and international travel in support of site assessments, integration, testing, demonstrations, deployments, and initial operational use.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution.
Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management).

Responsibilities

Facilitate the integration and deployment of data, models, agents, interfaces, and platform capabilities across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and approved cross-domain deployment environments.
Support: Integration with authoritative data sources, object management systems, Government platforms, third-party capabilities, and machine-to-machine interfaces across platforms and security domains.
Support: Capability hardening, integration testing, operational test preparation, user acceptance testing, mission-representative evaluation events, and operational-readiness verification for each fielded capability increment.
Support: CDAO, DIA Quality Assurance Framework, Joint Staff J2 JTIM-related, and other Government-directed test and workflow-validation activities in coordination with Mission Integrators and engineering teams.
Support: Cybersecurity, accreditation, and Authorization to Operate activities by identifying required technical evidence, configuration information, interface dependencies, deployment constraints, and Government decisions.
Support: Transition planning for sustainment, training, follow-on scaling, and transfer of technical knowledge to Government, operational, and support personnel.
Support: Planning for Government and customer engagements by identifying technical objectives, required participants, site-readiness topics, deployment decisions, integration risks, and necessary read-ahead materials.
Coordinate: Technical readiness for fielding activities, including connectivity, network and enclave access, Government-furnished equipment and information, credentialing, accounts, platform dependencies, security approvals, and deployment prerequisites.
Coordinate: Collection and disposition of technical defects, user feedback, integration findings, performance issues, and deployment lessons following demonstrations, test events, pilots, and fielding activities.
Work with Mission Integrators, command points of contact, operational users, Government leads, software engineers, platform owners, data owners, cybersecurity personnel, and vendors to plan and execute integration, test, demonstration, pilot, and fielding activities.
Identify, document, prioritize, and mitigate critical-path technical risks, integration constraints, deployment dependencies, and operational-readiness issues that could affect delivery or fielding.
Resolve developer-blocking issues within the Contractor's control within 48 hours or escalate the issue with documented rationale, technical findings, operational impact, recommended actions, responsible parties, and required decisions.
Maintain clear issue, risk, dependency, decision, and action tracking for integration and deployment activities, including issue ownership, technical status, operational impact, suspense dates, escalation paths, and resolution evidence.
Verify that deployment environments, interfaces, dependencies, security controls, and system configurations are ready to support demonstrations, pilots, fielding events, and initial operational use.
Translate technical findings into actionable corrective requirements and coordinate backlog refinement, remediation sequencing, retesting, and closure with engineering teams and Government leads.
Assess and clearly communicate the architectural, cybersecurity, integration, sustainment, performance, reliability, and scalability implications of technical approaches to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate technical alternatives and communicate associated tradeoffs, risks, external dependencies, implementation constraints, and operational impacts before deployment decisions are made.
Provide on-site and remote field support during integration, deployment, initial operational use, and stabilization periods, rapidly coordinating resolution of issues that affect mission availability or user adoption.
Monitor technical readiness and operational status during initial use, identify recurring issues or sustainment risks, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering, platform, network, security, and command stakeholders.
Identify sustainment-engineering requirements, including monitoring, logging, configuration management, defect resolution, maintenance, release management, technical support, documentation, training, and long-term platform dependencies.
Develop and refine reusable integration, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and readiness patterns that can be applied across commands, sites, platforms, and security enclaves.
Maintain accurate deployment records, environment configurations, interface and dependency documentation, troubleshooting procedures, site-readiness checklists, and technical transition materials.
Participate in pre-visit planning and on-site technical synchronization for engagements with Combatant Commands, Service components, operational units, Government organizations, and vendors.
Capture technical decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, unresolved issues, and follow-up requirements arising from site visits, test events, demonstrations, deployments, and operational-support activities.
Travel to Combatant Commands and other Government-directed locations to assess site readiness, validate technical workflows, support integration and testing, resolve fielding issues, and maintain operational readiness during initial operational use.
Troubleshoot environment configuration, software and data dependencies, network connectivity, access controls, containerization, platform integration, interface, release, and deployment issues across classified environments.
