About The Position

Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions is a leading Canadian provider of commercial dock and door services. The Technical Support/Integration Analyst supports Sentinel’s integration platform and connected enterprise systems, with a strong focus on workforce, operational, and financial system integrations. This role plays a key part in supporting the integration of new and existing systems, as well as ensuring reliable data flow across the organization. This position is focused on system-to-system integrations, data flows, automation, and acquisition onboarding, working closely with the Integration of IT, HR, Finance, and Business Systems teams. This position may be based in either Oakville, Ontario or Lachine, Quebec.

Requirements

  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, field service, or operational systems in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with APIs, data imports/exports, or vendor-managed integrations.
  • Familiarity with testing environments, release management, and documentation standards.
  • Experience supporting integrations during acquisitions or rapid growth.
  • Bilingual (English/French)

  • Comfortable supporting business-critical systems like HR and workforce platforms

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, integration-heavy environment
  • 2–5 years’ experience supporting system-to-system integrations and data flows.
  • Hands-on with scripting (Python/PowerShell/SQL)
  • Familiar with workforce platforms such as UKG, ADP, or Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Sentinel’s integration platform and connected business application
  • Monitor integration jobs, workflows, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and downstream system discrepancies.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on integration and data issues, coordinating resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support production incidents related to workforce, operational, and financial system integrations.
  • Assist with onboarding newly acquired locations, systems, and workforces onto Sentinel’s integration platform.
  • Support configuration, data mapping, testing, and migration activities during integrations.
  • Execute and support data imports, exports, and transformations across systems.
  • Participate in cutover, go-live, and post-integration stabilization efforts.
  • Build and maintain scripts supporting integration, UKG data validation, and automation.
  • Analyze, transform, and reconcile data across HR, operational, and financial systems.
  • Support API-based and file-based integrations (e.g., REST APIs, CSV/flat files, SFTP).
  • Assist in optimizing existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Support reporting and data extracts related to integrations and workforce systems.
  • Create and maintain integration documentation, data mappings, runbooks, and support procedures.
  • Support testing, quality assurance, and change management for new or updated integrations.
  • Identify recurring integration or data issues and recommend process or platform improvements.
  • Help standardize integration practices across newly onboarded systems and locations.
