We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer service and pre-sales support for customers. You will play an integral role in ensuring that the Norsat solution meets customer satisfaction. You will be the point of contact for customer inquiries, work closely with engineering to ensure solutions are realizable, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge, a detail-oriented and customer-centric mind to help customers understand where Norsat can create value.
