About The Position

Are you a curious problem-solver who enjoys understanding the “why” and working with technology? We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Technical Support team, helping customers troubleshoot issues and find effective technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support inquiries and assist with application troubleshooting and testing
  • Support product selection and recommend solutions based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams on research, testing, and issue resolution
  • Manage RMA processes and maintain accurate customer and service records
  • Develop technical content (e.g., how-to guides, videos, and documentation)
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer engagements
  • Support affiliates and cross-functional teams as needed
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and organized work environment
  • Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
