Technical Support Engineer, FT, Days
About The Position
Provides advanced technical support for IT systems and ensures the smooth operation of technology infrastructure. Installs and configures Information Technology Services (ITS) hardware solutions and software applications for the enterprise utilizing approved deployment tools and methods. Troubleshoots and resolves complex challenges related to ITS hardware and software. Acts as a Clinical and Business Systems Analyst for applications issue resolution as required, including during emergency situations. Performs hardware and software updates to ITS solutions, including mobile devices. Creates and maintains standards documentation related to hardware and software solutions, including mobile devices. Provides training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and software. Conducts regular audits of IT equipment and ensures compliance with company policies. Utilizes Active Directory to support enterprise needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree in ITS related field of study
- Two (2) years related work experience
- Equivalent work/education experience may be considered in lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Nice To Haves
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications preferred
