About The Position

Push Security is the secure enterprise browser extension built for the AI era. Founded by red team and blue team experts, Push combines high-fidelity browser telemetry, real-time control, and autonomous agents to stop advanced attacks, secure AI usage, harden identities, and prevent data loss — all from your users’ existing browsers, no migration required. We’re searching for a Technical Support Engineer who will thrive in a modern cybersecurity startup. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team focused on helping customers deploy, troubleshoot, and get the most out of our product. The platform protects employees from phishing and identity-based attacks and integrates deeply with browsers, identity providers, and SaaS apps. You’ll be the front line for technical questions - diagnosing issues, explaining integrations, and ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding to day-to-day use.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering experience for SaaS or security products
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication)
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication)
  • Familiarity with endpoint management on Windows and/or macOS
  • Experience using browser dev tools to investigate client-side issues
  • Basic SQL and log investigation skills, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly
  • Some scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and comfort using AI coding tools to read, modify, and troubleshoot code
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when explaining technical topics
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving in a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer technical queries via chat, email, and video calls
  • Troubleshoot integration issues involving browsers, identity providers, and APIs
  • Isolate defects to the failing layer (the extension, the browser, the IdP, the customer's MDM, or our backend) and give engineering reproducible bug reports
  • Participate in the on-call rotation
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and customer guides based on issues you resolve
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and solutions engineering, and share customer insights to improve the product
