Position Summary The Technical Product Support Engineer (TPSE) is a key member of Onto Innovation’s technical support organization, responsible for delivering expert‑level technical support to internal and external customers. This role has primary responsibility for system maintenance, uptime, and availability of semiconductor capital equipment installed in the PACE (Panel Applications Center of Excellence) facility in Wilmington, MA. In addition to on‑site system ownership, the TPSE provides remote technical product support and escalation assistance to the global field service organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Onto Innovation semiconductor tools and platforms and will clearly articulate technical findings, support decisions, and plans of action. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction, tool availability, and service effectiveness.
