About The Position

The Technical Support Analyst provides technical support for Information Technology (IT) systems and oversees warehouse-related IT tasks. The position receives, tracks, audits, prepares, delivers, maintains, updates, and repairs IT equipment and devices in accordance with established standards, documentation, and company policies. The role is based at Patewood Memorial Hospital in the ITS Desktop Services department and is a non-management position.

Requirements

Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of academic and work experience.
No experience required.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) chart.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Proficient computer skills.
Understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanners.

Responsibilities

Receive shipments and import shipment information into the inventory system.
Conduct regular audits of warehouse IT equipment and ensure compliance with company policies.
Pull equipment from the warehouse and prepare equipment for use.
Install ITS hardware solutions and software applications according to predetermined standards and guidelines.
Maintain detailed inventory and device management databases.
Deliver equipment to campus and pick up old equipment for testing and disposal.
Repair broken devices or contact HP for onsite support.
Perform hardware and software updates to ITS solutions, including mobile devices, following predetermined standards and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
