We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager to join our Implementation team and play a critical role in delivering Marqeta’s cutting-edge card issuing and payments platform to new customers. You’ll lead the technical onboarding of standardized products, support customers through implementation, and become a trusted voice both internally and externally. This role blends product expertise, customer advocacy, and a collaborative mindset to drive long-term client success and improve our implementation practices.
