We’re looking for an empathetic and curious Technical Success Manager (TSM) to join our Customer Experience Organization. You will be the technical champion for a large portfolio of customers, helping them embed security into their development workflows and achieve their DevSecOps goals with the Snyk Platform. You’ll be a trusted advisor at scale, using data-driven insights to help hundreds of customers unlock business value and drive transformative change through programmatic, high-impact engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role like customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
  • Proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs such as webinars, email campaigns, or workshops.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn about AI, developer workflows, and Application Security.
  • Working knowledge of developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VSCode).
  • Understanding of SAST/DAST, SCA, SBOM, and secrets/container/IaC scanning.
  • The ability to be an effective and influential communicator (both written and verbal) with a wide range of personas.
  • Superb time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with DevOps tooling and a foundational understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a developer or with coding and Agentic AI systems.
  • Deep-seated curiosity that drives you to understand how technology works, and you love helping people "get it".
  • Hands-on experience with AppSec programs like threat modeling or vulnerability management (OWASP, NIST).
  • Experience with scripting or digital program transformation.
  • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute on engaging, scheduled sessions focused on technical and business outcomes, ensuring every customer in your portfolio realizes increasing value from Snyk.
  • Engage in innovative adoption programs that equip new customers to achieve their security goals quickly and efficiently.
  • Lead dynamic one-to-many engagements, including technical workshops, office hours, and best-practice webinars that foster a strong user community.
  • Analyze customer usage data to uncover trends, proactively identify risks, and trigger targeted, programmatic outreach to ensure the health and success of your portfolio.
  • Create and curate high-quality technical resources like tutorials, best practice guides, and videos that empower customers to self-serve and succeed independently.
  • Act as a powerful internal advocate, synthesizing feedback from your customer base to influence the product roadmap and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to address common needs.
