Technical Studies Lead
About The Position
SAIC is seeking a Senior Lead for Technical Studies to join the Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group providing systems engineering and technical advisory services to a rapidly expanding Government Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The customer is developing the next generation of space and ground systems, architectures, and hardware and software solutions. The Senior Lead for Technical Studies will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for a Program Office coordinating studies with our customer, mission partners and stakeholders (including end user operators) for requirements/design/deployment of new protection capabilities into space operations.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead execution of studies
- Manage and shape studies program to meet evolving needs of the customer
- Work with program offices and other organizations to execute studies
- Assist customer in all studies-related technical activities
- Support engagement with senior leadership on study results
- Assist with strategic planning for studies
- Support development and execution of long-term strategic plans and goals
- Assist in organizing and managing studies information, data, metadata, and results
- Perform technical review and quality control of analytical products
- Assess impact of study results on broader NRO Enterprise
- Assist managing external relationships between Studies program stakeholders
