About The Position

A highly experienced Technical Specialist-Product Structure is required due to the complexity of product architecture, configuration management, and cross-functional integration associated with this role. The position requires extensive expertise in developing and maintaining product structures, Bills of Material (BOMs), engineering releases, and change management processes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards. In addition, a highly experienced candidate will bring increased rigor and discipline to product structure processes, helping to identify gaps early, strengthen controls, and prevent downstream quality, manufacturing, and configuration issues before they occur.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of data analysis experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of data analysis experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience OR At least 8 years of data analysis experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product structures and BOMs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product structures and implement product changes effectively.
  • Identify and resolve product structure, configuration, and data management issues impacting quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturability.
  • Drive continuous improvement of BOM, configuration management, and engineering change processes.
  • Conduct audits and validations to ensure accurate and compliant product structures and release records.
  • Establish controls, standards, and best practices to strengthen configuration management and prevent downstream issues.
  • Mentor team on product structure and change management best practices.
  • Identify process gaps and risks, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce business risk.
