About The Position

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Technical Specialist I to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. This role is responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts. The specialist will be instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache. They will coordinate with Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) requests. The role also involves providing support for foreign visits requests to the U.S., tracking assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitoring reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows, responding to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding, ensuring obligation plans are documented, reviewing goals, drafting memorandums for Action Items, coordinating LOA response documents within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), assisting in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports, preparing materials for country briefings, and assisting in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and other meetings.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts.
Review Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache.
Coordinate with Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).
Provide support for foreign visits requests to the U.S.
Track all assets in Repair and Return (R&R).
Monitor all reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows and report back to customer.
Attend and brief the customer on Sustainment cases during meetings and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
Respond to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding.
Ensure obligation plans are documented properly.
Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.
Draft memorandums of request for Action Items.
Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
Assist in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports.
Prepare material for Country briefings, reports, and memorandums.
Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at PMRs and other meetings.
