We have an AI client who is in need of a remote technical sourcer. This position is a six-month contract that may be extended.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a technical sourcer, preferably in the AI or tech industry
  • Experience working for a tech start-up
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent
  • In-depth knowledge of various sourcing tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and related technical skills
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent for our AI client
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the AI industry landscape and stay updated on emerging technologies and skills
  • Perform initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Adapt sourcing strategies based on market trends and feedback from hiring managers
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
