We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer who can build our technical pipeline from the ground up — someone who loves the craft, thrives in ambiguity, and can identify and engage exceptional EPD talent before anyone else does. You’ll partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and our small-but-senior EPD team to shape our top-of-funnel strategy and set the bar for what “great talent” looks like at Listen Labs. This is a true 0 → 1 opportunity: you’ll design how sourcing works here, create the systems that scale, map global talent markets, and become the first touchpoint for candidates who will ultimately influence Listen’s trajectory.
